Privacy. The way the property is designed, we werent looking onto ither people's decks. The view was gorgeous, the fireplace was awesome and the heated floor in the bathroom was heavenly with the clawfoot tub. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The staff were respectful and gave us the freesom to do as we please.

Nice accommodation however there was a huge difference between my room and my sisters as she had a newer room and I seem to have one of the unfurnished ones. It all needed an upgrade and wasn’t worth what we paid for the 4 days we were there. Hot tub was great and staff also fantastic.

We were very pleased with the staff and the newly upgraded King room. The process from start to finish was smooth. They upgraded our room when they knew it was our anniversary and also checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Banff. Great location. Easy access to Banff if required. Regular bus service into town to save on parking. Staff were great at check-in and in the restaurant. Food is amazing in there and the cocktails aren’t bad either wink!
